Controller & Operations Manager

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in our company. utilizing your expertise in analytics and data analysis to drive informed decision-making. The Controller and Operations manager will be responsible for managing multiple areas and providing insights that support strategic initiatives.

Duties

• Oversee financial and accounting activities.
• Inventory and Business planning and budget process for the organization.
• Analyze data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
• Manage resources including staffing, daily operations, warehouse, and customer service team.
• Utilize Sage 300 for data manipulation and analysis as needed.
• Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Experience

• Experience as an Operations Manager and or Controller in a similar analytical role.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data analysis techniques.
• Familiarity project management practices.
• Experience with database design concepts is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
