Product Quality Complaint Form

This form is intended only for reporting product quality issues. It should not be used for returns related to customer over-ordering or unwanted stock—those must follow our standard return policy found here. Before submitting this form, please ensure you have confirmed that the product in question was shipped by A1 American, and that no warehouse misshipments or order recovery errors are involved as those will be dealt with accordingly and do not involve a product quality issue.

Please note: submitting this form implies the issue is verified as a product quality concern. This report will be routed to our Customer Service team to evaluate the issue, advise next steps, and coordinate with the appropriate vendor. This may include a potential discount, return, or other resolution.

As a reminder and unless otherwise agreed upon, exchanges or replacements will only be issued after a defective product has been returned, received and said issue confirmed by a member of the Customer Service team.
